Windrush Bike Project Windrush Bike Project is a Community Interest Company. We also run Wheels for All inclusive cycling.

Windrush Bike Project supports people to use bikes for everyday journeys with Bikeability cycle training, Wheels for All and a community bike workshop at 152b Corn Street. Our aims are to develop and grow our Bikeability cycle training work in schools and for individuals; to set up a community space for bike maintenance, training and information; and to campaigning on active travel. Objectives
• Increase levels of bike use and ownership in and around Witney
• Enable disadvantaged people to participate in cycling and develop bike maintenance skills
• Ensure that the modal shift to active travel is enacted through all local policies and developments and to enable all abilities to take part in cycling.
• Reduce the number of bikes going to landfill

We are excited to announce that Windrush Bike Project will be taking over the running of CyclAbility in Oxford from October 2026. CyclAbility is an inclusive cycling project for adults (16+) operating out of Horspath athletics track. We are also recruiting a Witney based part time administrator.
