Are you drinking enough water?
Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons:
To regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.
When we exercise, we tend to lose even more water due to sweating. Meaning it’s super important to drink during exercise to help replace the fluids you lose when you sweat.
We like to aim for at least 3Litres a day!
