You’d never speak to a friend the way you speak to yourself… so why do it to yourself?
Constant negative self-talk doesn’t create growth. It creates fear, doubt, hesitation, and insecurity.
The voice in your head matters because eventually you start believing it.
Sometimes we need to pause, reflect, and change the way we speak to ourselves. More self-respect. Less comparison. Less pressure to have it all figured out.
