If you feel like youâre âgoodâ all week but your progress keeps stalling, it might be worth looking at what happens over the weekend.
And usually, the biggest thing that helps is simply being prepared.
You donât need to avoid meals out, takeaways, drinks or social plans.
But going into the weekend with no plan at all can make it really easy for one meal to turn into two or three days of being completely off track.
A little bit of prep can make a massive difference.
Think about:
What meals have you got planned?
Are you eating out anywhere?
When are you going to train?
Can you get a walk in?
Do you need to get some food in so there are decent options at home?
You donât need to plan every calorie.
You just need enough structure so youâre not making every decision in the moment.
Thatâs the difference between enjoying your weekend and feeling like you need to âstart againâ every Monday.
Fat loss doesnât need a perfect weekend.
It just needs a bit of planning, some structure, and the ability to get back to normal when things donât go perfectly.
What have you got planned this weekend?
