This course is recommended for solid grade 3 boaters with some good grade 4 experience.

Whos it for?
The course is for Intermediates who are regularly running grade 3 and starting to explore a bit of grade 4 but want more finesse, confidence and self belief along with technical and tactical skills to up their game.

"The ultimate goal is to stop thinking and start flowing, you are now in a state of autonomous"

This is 8 full days (2 at a time) spread over 4 months for you to consolidate and develop, a proven factor that time is the key to development. I will run the course to suit your individual learning needs. We will look at the TTPP (technical, tactical, psychological and physical) with lots of practice and understanding along with a long term development plan, goal setting and regular feedback including video analysis from myself on your progression. if you want to get better and see guaranteed results then this course is for you.

The first 2 day sessions on the first month will be run in North Wales but then the remaining dates we may use other venues in England depending on water levels.
