CALLING LOCAL EMPLOYERS 🚨

Walsall Works has placements ringfenced to young people aged 18-21 years old, who much be residents of Walsall and unemployed or economically inactive, and may well be in our priority vulnerable groups.

We want YOU to be a part of this subsidised work placement programme by offering a placement to a young person.

Placement details:
📅12 week duration
🕛30 hours per week
💸National Minimum Wage (dependent on participant's age)
✅A clear commitment from the employer to transition the placement into sustainable employment during or at the end of the placement

We will provide you with Grant Funding from Youth Trailblazer to help you provide up to 12 weeks (or to end of agreement, whichever is soonest) of paid employment including employability support to develop their work skills and to help them find future employment.
