orkshops have been uniquely written thus making them bespoke for your company. Employees need to be constantly fine tuned to ensure they understand and reach their full potential. A gentle reminder of what is already known, or introducing new techniques which encompass your ethos is what we are here to implement for maximum productivity and to ensure the customer expectation as well as experience is exceeded. We understand that all customers are key to any given organisation whether they are internal or external customers. Training Personified has a strong team of trainer/facilitators throughout the country that would prove beneficial to facilitate excellence customer service delivery whether between colleagues or interacting with external customers. At Training Personified we assess the organisations needs and tailor-make a workshop to suit the company's needs. We provide a pre and post assessment which is not always the case with other training providers. We pride ourselves on ensuring once the workshop is complete that it is effective for the company and increases quality of service as well as productivity. We do this by putting certain processes in place that the employee can follow and implement such as carefully designed scripts and templates which we work on in the workshops. We can also provide off-site team building workshops which would incorporate the above workshop with a fun interactive element. We are able to make the workshops memorable thus aiding the attendee to retain more information than they would normally take away with them. Key Responsibilities:

⚫️Deliver empathetic engaging and impactful employability and personal development programmes.

⚫️Manage your assigned cohort from start to finish, ensuring learner engagement, progression, and achievement.

Teach and facilitate sessions in:

Leadership
Personal development
Social and communication skills
Resilience
Job searching
Customer service excellence

⚫️Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback and support.

⚫️Collaborate with our internal team to ensure high-quality programme outcomes.

⚫️Provide wraparound support and group coaching sessions as needed

Requirements:

🔴 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)– ESSENTIAL. This is non-negotiable.

🔴 Proven experience in delivering employability and/or personal development training.

🔴 Assessor qualification (not essential)

🔴 Live within a 20 miles radius of Birmingham with own car and full UK driving licence (Essential)

🔴 Confident in leading group sessions and working independently.

🔴 An enhanced DBS or can obtain one (Essential)

🔴 Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

🔴 Must be self-employed and able to work on a freelance basis.

🔴 A flexible approach to face to face delivery in and around the West Midlands, UK (in-person and online).

Zoe’s birthday milestone brings a celebration of hope

Entrepreneur Zoe Bennett underlined a message of hope and belief in striving for positive change as she welcomed around 250 guests to her glittering 50th birthday celebration.

Held at the Throne Sh**ha Lounge, in Birmingham city centre, the party was also attended by actor and comedian Richard Blackwood, Errol Reid of China Black and singer Malika Ferguson.
