Our team of Young Ambassadors at Ullapool High School are organising a fundraiser to purchase new kits for the girls football team.

Come join us for fun Bingo Night with baking, refreshments, and a raffle all on offer!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!

We are looking out for anyone that might be interested in coming onboard as an Active Schools volunteers. We have some great high school pupils supporting activities but we need some more adult volunteers in to support the clubs.

For up to only an hour a week, you could help offer new opportunities to the young people in your community. Support and training offered.

Boxing Fitness Club **UPDATE**

The new Boxing Fitness Club will be changing from Friday's to Monday's starting from next week due to coach availability.

If you haven't yet signed up then get in touch and we can get you booked on!

Activity Schedule for Term 1!!

Here is how our schedule is shaping up for the new term. We have a couple of new activities from before the summer.

Multi-Sports (P1-P3) is restarting on a Monday from 4pm - 4:45pm
Boxing Fitness Club (S1-S6) is starting up on a Friday from 2pm - 3pm

We also hope to add more to this schedule. We are working to get a Disability Sport Specific session up and running alongside a Rugby session at the high school.

To do this we are in need of more volunteers. If you would be interested in supporting either of these clubs in starting up then get in touch!

🌟 Leadership Hoodies 🌟

Our first leadership hoodies of the new term!!

Well done to Bella Macdonald, Abbie Gourlay, and Perla Nutu who have completed the first level of the High Life Highland Leadership Programme. (25hrs volunteering)

These three have been a fantastic support to the active schools programme over the last year. Between supporting the badminton club and any active schools events, they always came with positivity and great energy.

Gorge Scrambling & Sea Kayaking with Liquid Footprints

Thanks to the Summer of Sport Funding for making this opportunity possible. We had two great days out with Liquid Footprints at Ardmair for Sea Kayaking and out near Corrieshalloch Gorge for some Gorge Scrambling.

A fantastic day with the Highland Sports Disability Team this week. Soft Archery, Climbing, Disc Golf, and Boccia all on offer.

We are working on offering a disability specific session as a part of our Active Schools programme!
