Beth is on hand to dissipate those nerves and worries. We have a purposely small studio of just 4 reformers and towers so the level of support is high. This isn’t choreographed routines this is help, support, adjustment for YOU. It may be you need to challenge a little more, it may be we alter things to make it more comfortable. I take a max of 4 people so you have time to find your way, learn, adjust for you, ask silly questions, feel cared for, nurture your body and mind. At ExeValleyPilates garden studio, I only teach a max of 4 people a time. Think: hands on correction, calm, supportive, challenge that’s appropriate for you and your body, mastering technique allowing confidence to grow leading to progression. What’s not to love about luxury?
