A relentless first half saw us create plenty of chances and it was Moody who prodded home from a corner to get us going. Some brilliant work from Leon set up Stewy to convert from close range just before HT.
A controlled second half saw us seal the win.

We made it back to back wins on Saturday as we beat Winkleigh. Another dominant display with chances a plenty. Stewy broke the deadlock with a penalty early in the second half before getting on the end of a fine team move to secure the win.

Joe Rads superb header gave us the lead and then Ryan Moody followed up with a header of his own to give us control. A late Newtown goal gave them hope but we held out for a much deserved win.

A game of few chances with alphas only real chance denied by a top top save from Thorvy keeper Dan Law. We had the ball in the back of the net in the second half but of course the flag was raised.

Another game last as we earned our first point of the season in a highly entertaining game with Elmore. Trailing at half time saw the return of Leon Tootell who inspired Thorvy level with a brilliant finish from the edge of the box. Keeper Dan’s late penalty save kept us level and earned a well deserved point. Youngster Andy earned motm after covering every blade of grass and could’ve topped it off with the winner late on 💛🖤
