COFFEE & A CHAT FOR MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT

Join us on Friday 25 September for a friendly Coffee & a Chat in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Enjoy a cuppa, meet others and take some time for a chat, while raising money for a great cause.

It’s also a chance to tour our Active Wellbeing Studio, find out more about what we offer and see how the studio can support your health and wellbeing.

MEET THE TEAM & TAKE A TOUR
Whether starting your wellbeing journey, returning to activity, or looking for a supportive environment to build strength, our Active Wellbeing Studio at the Angel Centre is here for you.

The Studio features 9 Innerva power-assisted machines arranged as a circuit, each targeting different muscle groups. The equipment guides your movements safely, making exercise easier and more inclusive, so you can work with the machines – not against them – and build confidence at your own pace. Simply spend a little time on each machine, and in just 30 minutes, you’ll begin to feel the results.

YOUR FIRST WALKING CRICKET SESSION IS FREE!

Walking Cricket returns to the Angel Centre on Thursday 10 September 1.30-3pm

A relaxed, friendly and enjoyable way to stay active, have fun and meet new people. All abilities welcome.

On Friday 3 October, we’re delighted to welcome Jimmy and Rachel from Active Kent & Medway to the Angel Centre (9.30am to 12 noon) and Larkfield Leisure Centre (2pm to 6pm) as part of their Sport Welfare Officers on Tour programme.

If you’re a club welfare officer, coach, volunteer or committee member from a sports club or organisation that uses either of our centres, we’d love you to come along to one of these free, informal drop-in sessions.
