On Saturday 14th March from 12pm, we’ll be filming around the gym to capture some great content for a new promotional video and social media.

If you’re training that day and would like to be involved, feel free to jump in and be part of it – the more energy the better! 💪

If you’d prefer not to appear in the video, please just let a member of staff know when you arrive and we’ll make sure you’re not included.

The women I’ve met are lovely, with such a great mix of ages and body types. The classes are fabulous, and the equipment and wellness facilities are brilliant.
