Training age starts from 10 years old. Gym Sessions: Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays
Time: 6pm-7pm
Price: £3

If anyone would like to come up and have a look around the gym, see what were about & have a chat to the trainers... TUESDAYS 6PM you are more than welcome to pop in. If you are serious about getting started into boxing you will need your own skipping rope & gum shield. I hope this information helps.
