Half-term can be a touch busy in Tenby with crowds packed on the beaches and the hot stench of Greggs heavy in the air. Lucky for our kayakers they're about to escape the swarming hordes of Castle Beach and head to our secret cove where we will be the only humans.

Although slightly postponed due to an apocalyptic thunder storm, last week's River Trip was epic: hot sun, steamy rain, hail the size of eyeballs. The trip included a break in a lost medieval church and hardly any kayakers were struck by lightning.
