A reminder this Tuesday we are encouraging all parents to stay and watch the 4pm kids session.
With it being the last week of term, we want to showcase all the hard work they have been doing. 👏🏼

We would like to remind parents that we have a week off our sessions next week to fall in line with school term times. Haverfordwest Saturday class will also not be on this week due to our annual adults competition.

On Saturday 4th April we are giving members and drop in’s the chance to give a full Hyrox simulation a go!
The perfect opportunity to practice your race strategy or to just give it a go before fully committing to the official race.

To fall in line with school closures and expecting really low numbers, we are postponing our crossfit kids tonight. We will see you back next week with hopefully warmer conditions.

Crossfit kids in Hwest this Saturday will still go ahead at 10am 👍🏼
