Seven months ago RamJam returned to CFP after a mountain biking accident that left him paralysed from the chest down.

Despite everything, Ramjam is incredibly positive and says that progress is made by holding yourself to a higher standard.

Each week he is stronger, fitter and unlocking what possible looks like. Ramjam, you are a pleasure to have part of the community.

Our CrossFit teens programme is moving! We unfortunately will no longer be running our 4pm teens class on a Thursday at our Carew location.
These classes will stop at the end of the month. Any teens wanting to train will have the opportunity at our Hwest location on a Saturday at 10am. This classes is dedicated to a more advanced class with ages 9-14 years old in.
