New Small Group Strength Class – Starting 8th July

Our 7:00 AM Small Group Strength sessions are now open to new clients and current members who do not currently have a Small Group Strength reservation.

This is Natalie 💪

Natalie trains with us at LMHQ because, like many busy business owners, she doesn’t have time to think about what to do when she gets to the gym.

She wants to walk in knowing her training is fully taken care of and that’s exactly what we provide.

At LMHQ, every session is tailored to her needs. Our focus is helping her get stronger, fitter, feel better, and enjoy the process along the way.

We are back! Saying that, we never actually went away. Sessions carried on as normal over the BH weekend 💪 who enjoyed the little tricep, bicep and shoulder finisher during today’s small group 😱💪
