You don’t need to train every day.
In fact, you probably shouldn’t.
The goal isn’t to squeeze as much exercise as possible into your week. It’s to find an amount of training that works alongside your actual life…and that you can keep doing.
2 or 3 good sessions every week, consistently, will take you a lot further than going all-in for six weeks and then disappearing for six months.
Fitness isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing enough, consistently, for long enough.
Train for the life you want to live. Not a life built around training.
