Why not join in with outdoor fitness, we offer two group sessions per week on a Monday and Wednesday 7pm to 8pm. Located in Church Fenton Old Park Plantation, beautiful natural surroundings, classes designed to enjoy for all fitness levels! Or

a long time! Still, there are people who shy away from personal training, unsure of what they'll get of the experience or whether its worth the money. There are a number of reasons people work with personal trainers, some want an individualised program so they can lose weight or get in shape, while other simply need help work out.
