Gresley Rovers FC Proud members of the United Counties Football League Premier Division Gresley FC is also in much better shape off the pitch.

Gresley FC was formed in 2009 and enjoyed a very successful first year in the East Midlands Counties League and finished as runners up. However, in May 2011 Promotion was achieved as Gresley FC were promoted as Champions of the East Midlands Counties League to the Midland Alliance League. In April 2012 the success continued and back to back titles were achieved and Gresley FC were crowned, Midland

Football Alliance League Champions. August 2012 will see Gresley FC move up to Step 4 of the non-league pyramid in the Evostik Northern Premier League Division One South. There are very strong hopes for a move to a new stadium in the near future and the links with the local community and businesses are stronger than ever with several new sponsors on board and an every increasing superb fan base. The club's progress is however, being held up by the fact they aren't able to attract income on non match days. The Moat Ground remains popular with fans of the club but any doubters are being forced to concede it's not up to the demands of the modern game. The Management line up with the 1st Team is run by Gary Norton, Martin Rowe, Steve Titterton and Player/Coach Lee Barrow with Brian Tredwell and Sam Austin now in charge of the Reserve Team. The Youth Team is run by Steve Gee and his coaching staff. There are also a number of highly successful junior teams. Gresley FC - The Pride of South Derbyshire

“Gresley Rovers FC provides football opportunities for hundreds of players, volunteers, and families across South Derbyshire. A partnership with M+S Renewables would directly support grassroots sport, female football development, and community wellbeing, while demonstrating a shared commitment to sustainability, local investment, and creating positive opportunities for future generations.”

We’re pleased to recognise the work Gresley Rovers FC does in supporting grassroots football and creating opportunities across the local community.

🎟️We have had a few people calling to say they can’t find their email with the tickets on. Please check junk too and search for “fatsoma” or “see tickets”. If that still doesn’t work, rest assured- all names are on the selling platforms so we can see them at entrance.
