The Future Pro Academy does not effect participation with Grassroots teams.

๐ The Improtech Soccer Future Pro Academy is a high performance football programme for boys from throughout the northeast. The academy is centrally located in the region at Ford Football Hub in Sunderland, near to the A19.
๐ We aim to equip our players with the differential skill sets required to thrive and standout in grassroots football settings, priming each individual for high performance outcomes and helping them to achieve professional academy trials and recognition.
๐ Each player receives 1.5 hours of high calibre football coaching plus an associated schedule of Showcase/Benchmark and Development games when available, alongside various player enrichment events.
