For the very first time, BF is organising a University Welfare Officer training session, scheduled for Wednesday 15th January 2025 at 2-5pm.

The course has been tailored to address the unique aspects of university clubs, focusing on issues such as hazing and mental health. A University Welfare Officer is responsible for supporting the welfare and safety of individuals within the university setting.

Entries are open for the BUCS Regional Fencing Series in the North East & Yorkshire, run by British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) in partnership with BF.

The BUCS Regional Fencing Series is the perfect introduction to competitive fencing and is ideal for beginners and novices.

Entries will close on Tuesday 5th November at 11.59pm for students.
