Meet Lydia. 💛🙌💛

Lydia joined Blitz in September 2025 and what she’s achieved since then is exactly why Blitz exists.

Not because she became “perfect.”
Not because she trained 7 days a week.
But because she stayed consistent, kept showing up, and slowly began changing her life.

Here’s what Lydia had to say:

“I truly feel that my life changed in September 2025 when I joined Blitz.

I’d been to the gym before, but I never enjoyed it and always dreaded going.

Blitz is completely different, and it has improved my life in so many ways.

I’m now fitter, stronger, and feel better about myself. My confidence, which has always been low, is starting to grow.

My family and I love travelling, and that often means walking miles around cities. Before Blitz, I really struggled to keep up with my children and husband. I was always trailing behind, out of breath. Now, not only can I keep up, but I enjoy it so much more.

I wanted to share these photos to show that if I can join Blitz and love it, anyone can!

A couple of final thoughts…..

🔥 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT MONDAY – LINDA

Last October, Linda walked into Blitz feeling nervous.

After experiencing a small stroke and gaining two stone over the past few years, she came in with one goal…

To lose weight.

It took her nearly a month just to build up the courage to start.
She signed up for a 6-week trial, thinking she’d just do that… and move on.

But something shifted.

From the very beginning, we took the time to understand Linda — her concerns, her perceived limitations — and most importantly, we made her feel safe.

We adapted movements so they felt achievable.
And in doing that… something powerful happened.

She started to realise she was capable of more than she believed.

With each session, her confidence has grown.

Yes, the physical changes have been there — slow and steady 👏
But the biggest transformation?

Her mental health.

As her sense of wellbeing has improved, the number on the scales has become less important.

What matters now is how she feels:

Stronger.
Clearer.
More positive.
