Benny headed up a grass roots weightlifting class for individuals who had never even considered lifting a barbell with any kind of Olympic lifting technique before
He then met up with a couple of old friends and took a 1-2-1 session moving through the clean and sn**ch movements and fine tweaking their current knowledge

UDC has the potential to become so much more than just a few friends getting sweaty and lifting heavy barbells together

105 Days to go until we all saddle up and hold on for dear life 🔥

Preparation has begun in the camp 🏕️

Some tough programming been coming our way as well as some big cycles to hit between now and the open 💯

Just a quick look back at the teams efforts last year in 2023, we had some good weeks and some bad weeks through the open season

It all came down to the community and tight bond within the team and the community in our box - something the open is all about 💛
