If you've ever played for the club, watched a match, supported from the boundary, volunteered your time, enjoyed a drink at the bar, or joined us for one of our community events, thank you for being part of the journey. 💚

🌸 A huge thank you to our Grounds Team! 🌸

The club is looking absolutely fantastic at the moment, and that’s down to the hard work, care and consistency of our incredible grounds team. Your effort behind the scenes makes a massive difference and really brings the place to life.

A special mention as well to our new local florist for the beautiful hanging baskets we’ve recently added (Village Florist Compstall). They’ve made a real impact and are a great example of supporting local businesses while helping the club look its best. 🌺

The grounds are thriving, the atmosphere is growing, and it’s all built on the dedication of people who just get stuck in and make things happen.

Thank you - we couldn’t do it without you. 💚🏏

☀️ Sunshine, pizzas, ice creams, cold drinks and cricket. The perfect way to start the Bank Holiday weekend! 🍕🍦🍻⚽⭐

We’re excited for another brilliant evening of Compstall Stars tonight.

Please note that children do need to be signed up to Compstall Stars to take part in the sessions, but everyone is more than welcome to come down, enjoy the food and drinks, soak up the atmosphere, and support the club 🙌

We’ve also listened to everyone’s feedback from the last couple of weeks and made sure the bar is stocked accordingly for tonight 👏

🏏 What a great first night back for Compstall Stars! 🙌

It was fantastic to see the pitch buzzing again. Kids playing, families enjoying the food and drink, and everyone soaking up the atmosphere 💚

Thanks to everyone who came down and made it such a fun start to the season. A huge thank you to our amazing group of volunteers, who make nights like this happen, we could not do it without you all.

We can’t wait to do it all again next week! ✨

Sorry some sad news - Pete Townley passed away this morning after being admitted to hospital last Saturday he was 77.
I am old enough to have played football with him, he wasn’t a cricketer - but If you do not know him, he is an ex member and the Dad of Rick Shaw former Compstall player. RIP Pete. 😢

We’re excited for a brilliant 9 weeks of fun, cricket and community 💚

A couple of spaces are still available, but places must be booked in advance.

We’re hosting a polling station at the club tomorrow - if you’re coming down to vote, it’s a great chance to see our beautiful club at the heart of the community 💚

Then… Friday Night Junior Cricket returns this week! 🙌

🐰🎉 WOW… what an incredible day! 🎉🐰

A huge thank you to everyone who came down and made our Easter Fun Day so special, the atmosphere, smiles and support were amazing from start to finish 💙
And we were even lucky enough to have the sun shining for us all afternoon ☀️

We’re so grateful to all our volunteers, stallholders, performers, and everyone who donated to the tombola, we truly couldn’t do it without you 🙌

Events like this are vital for the club, and every penny raised goes straight back into keeping things going and making days like this possible.

Thank you for getting behind it and being part of such a brilliant day… we’re already looking forward to the next one! 🎈🎉
