You don’t need to be fit, flexible, or experienced to start. My classes are about working with your body as it is on the day.
There are always options or shall I say invitations 😁
Your part in this is to move in a way that feels right for you on that day.
The aim is simple — to help you move more freely, feel stronger, and leave class feeling better than when you arrived 💛
