🏆 WE’RE CLUB AWARDS FINALISTS! 🏆
We are absolutely delighted and incredibly proud to announce that Silloth Rugby Club has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2026 Club Awards! 🎉🏉
After seeing the congratulations posts over the past week, we were thrilled to receive the news that our club has made it through to the final stage.
This is a fantastic achievement and recognition of the incredible work that goes on behind the scenes at Silloth Rugby Club — from our players, coaches and volunteers to our committee, supporters, families, sponsors and everyone who gives their time to help make our club what it is.
We are especially proud that the club continues to grow as a community hub, welcoming people of all ages, both from Silloth and visitors to our town.
The judges are now completing their final assessment, and we will find out later this month which category or categories we have been shortlisted in.
Two representatives from Silloth Rugby Club have also been invited as guests to the Club Awards Gala Dinner at the Athena in Leicester on Wednesday, 25 November. 🥂🏆
Whatever happens on the night, simply reaching the finals is a huge achievement for our club.
A massive THANK YOU to everyone who has played a part in getting us here.

Seems like the perfect time to say thank you!

Thank you to every parent and child who said ‘yes’ to giving Summer Camp a go.

Thank you to the brilliant Jimmy Lettice from Silloth Rugby Club for hosting us, he gives the town so much.

Thank you to all staff who assisted - Jackson Slack, Anja & Bern Gilmartin, Kirsty Phillips, Rob Jefferson, Jodie Gardner and Adele Wood.

Thank you to my very pregnant sister for the moral support ha!

And thank you to Cumberland Council HAF team whose work makes things like this possible for our young people.

🏆 WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT – TOUR OF BRITAIN 2026 🚴‍♀️🎨
The winner has now been officially confirmed following several counts and verification across all our social media outlets and email votes.
🎉 Congratulations to the very talented Miss Hannah Shaw, aged 7, with Bike Number 5! 🎉
Hannah’s fantastic entry was a brilliant mix of colour, creativity and fun, making her a very worthy winner. 🌈🚴‍♀️

🎉 FANTASTIC NEWS! 🎉
We’re absolutely delighted to announce that the committee of Silloth Golf Club has decided to host the Prostate Golf & Test Day annually! ⛳️💙
This is fantastic news for everyone involved, and Silloth Rugby Club will, of course, be delighted to continue working alongside Silloth Golf Club and the Prostate Cancer Support team to be part of this vital and exciting event.
This year’s success, incredible sponsorship and the overwhelming support from everyone involved was truly memorable and deeply touching. The generosity shown by our community, sponsors and everyone who helped make the event such a success will never be forgotten. 💙
The fantastic teamwork between Silloth Rugby Club and Silloth Golf Club, supported by the Prostate Cancer Support team, has shown exactly what can be achieved when our local community comes together.
We’re incredibly proud of what we achieved this year and excited to build on that success in the years ahead.
