⚽🏉🎾 SUMMER HAF ACTIVITIES COMING TO SILLOTH SPORTS AREA! 🎾🏉⚽
Silloth Rugby Football Club, in conjunction with the Silloth on Solway Sports Association, is delighted to be helping deliver this summer's Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme at Silloth Sports Area.
Supported by Cumberland Council through the Summer HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) Programme, the project aims to make sport and physical activity accessible to local children and young people while providing a fun, safe and welcoming environment throughout the summer holidays.
✅ Rugby, football, tennis and multi-sports activities
✅ Qualified coaches and volunteers
✅ Opportunities to make new friends and learn new skills
✅ Inclusive and welcoming for all abilities
✅ Food and refreshments available for those who would like them
✅ Promoting healthy, active lifestyles and community participation
Our aim is to ensure local children can stay active, have fun, build confidence and enjoy their summer holidays through sport and recreation.
Dates, times and sports available will be confirmed and announced soon.
Working together to provide opportunities for local children and young people through sport, activity, friendship and fun.

A massive thank you to Cumbria RFU’s Avril Quinn for once again dropping everything to come and help us out at Silloth Rugby Football Club with a couple of admin issues.
Avril, along with Liam and Kieran, have all been fantastic, responsive and incredibly supportive whenever we’ve asked for advice, guidance or assistance. Their support behind the scenes is hugely appreciated and never goes unnoticed.

Although we do not currently have a men’s team, everyone at the club is working tirelessly to keep rugby strong and prominent in our community — both on and off the field. From our brilliant and growing ladies section and expanding youth coaching provision, to the many ongoing community projects and developments around the club, there is a huge amount of hard work going on every day.

Thank you again from everyone at Silloth Rugby Football Club — your continued support, guidance and encouragement means a great deal to us all and helps give the club confidence to continue moving forward positively for the future of rugby in our community.
