Last week, our very own Samantha travelled to the European Powerlifting Championships in Ireland, and came home with a silver medal in her weight class!

132.5kg squat. 67.5kg bench. 150kg deadlift. 350kg total.

From a garage in Cesena in 1983 to a global wellness movement spanning 141 countries. 🌍

Chris had the honour of meeting Nerio Alessandri - the founder, President and CEO of Technogym - at the Let’s Move for a Better World Forum in Cesena this month.

Nerio founded Technogym at just 22 years old. Today, his vision for wellness reaches every corner of the world, including a small gym in Shoreham-by-Sea 💛

We are incredibly proud to be part of the Technogym family.
