That’s it for Shoreham Fitness, our last ever class done ❤️ thank you all so much for your kind words, cards, and gifts I feel very fortunate.
I wish you all the best for the future, have a wonderful Christmas and New Year.

Tomorrow, Monday 15th December is my last class as Shoreham Fitness 🥲 I have lost count of how many years I’ve been teaching Zumba at The Shoreham Centre, it has to be more than 10.
I can’t thank you all enough for coming week after week and sharing this experience with me. Some of you have seen my kids grow up and helped me through some of the hardest moments of my life. I am truly grateful to you all.
After class tomorrow please join me in the cafe for a farewell coffee or tea.
See you tomorrow for one more dance 💃

ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

I have been thinking very long and hard about this decision. I will be hanging up my dancing shoes at the end of the year 🥺 my last class will be Monday 15th December at The Shoreham Centre.

I can’t thank you all enough for the love and support you have given me over the past 10+ years and I will miss you all.

Friday class ONLY from 21st July-31st August.
Monday class will return on 1st September.
Please note there will be NO class Friday 18th July as I am away.

Don't forget we are supporting SafeinSussex on Friday at our 9am class. They help women affected by domestic abuse. All you need to do is wear your brightest gear, maybe some sunglasses & any other accessories you fancy. Deb one of our Zumba regulars works for them & we have been supporting them every June for years.
If you can spare some pennies (or you can zap the QR code) that would be amazing. Many thanks & see you Friday 😁
