Raw Performance has recently taken over from The Fighting Tigers Gym. we are full time bespoke combat sports & fitness centre, specialising in Muay Thai, K1 Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & also Fitness, Strength & Conditioning. We have top level instructors and all levels welcome and catered for.

☀️ RAW SUMMER ACADEMY ☀️

We’re excited to announce that the RAW Summer Academy will be running this summer holidays at RAW Performance Gym on:

📅 27th, 28th & 29th July
⏰ 9am–3pm
💷 £30 per day
👦 Ages 6–12

Each day will be built around learning the fundamentals of martial arts, developing skills, staying active and having fun.

The days will include:

🥊 Martial arts fundamentals
🏃 Fitness activities
🤝 Team games
🎯 Skill development
🏆 Challenges and awards
😌 Some downtime throughout the day

All sessions will be taken by fully DBS checked and First Aid qualified instructors, giving parents peace of mind while the children enjoy a fun, active and structured day at RAW.

Spaces are limited and we are expecting them to fill quickly, so we strongly recommend registering early to avoid disappointment.

In a world of overloaded commercial gyms with no character. This place keeps something that's been lost.

No distractions
No egos

A gym built for people who want to train hard and in an environment that makes you lock in.

This is a reminder that training doesn't need to be complicated, sometimes all you need is an open door and the mindset to get to work.

The door here is open 24 hours a day. Busy day ahead, late night motivation suddenly kicked in, can't sleep, a place to let out that energy on the weights. RAW doesn't let you down. (Membership card required)

A huge congratulations to coach John Verlander on winning the Macron Sports Hub Hastings Community Award 👏
Anyone who knows John will know just how deserved this is.

Day in, day out, John gives his time, energy and support to so many people through coaching, mentoring and simply being someone people can rely on.

The impact he has on the young people and families around him goes far beyond the gym floor. At the gym, we see firsthand the effort, patience and care he puts into helping others grow in confidence, discipline and self-belief. He treats everybody equally and genuinely wants to see people do well.

A fantastic coach, a great role model and an all-round good person.

Very well deserved, John. Proud to have you part of the team 🥊
