Love the skill here, not so much the head movement avoiding or taking the sting out of those heavy punches , he’s in a square on stance .. what I love is , in the view from overhead you can see how he switches from the squared stance to the orthodox stance to guarantee the power and forward motion in that lead hook .
It’s always in the footwork !

Great all boxing session last night focusing on the all important footwork .. the delivery system to most attacks, the muscle memory and strength to get yourself out of trouble when needed and the foundation for a good solid structure.
We finished with an ab circuit hitting the abs from all angles .

I thought this would look bad but not this bad , it just goes to show once again that just because a person looks a certain way doesn’t mean too much in a lot of cases… but you mustn’t underestimate an opponent of course.
However, there is still a lot to take away from it , boxers could learn a bit about self promotion, building a buzz and anticipation for a fight they have coming up the way this guy did, at the end of the day if you want to get invited back to a show you have to sell some tickets.
I doubt we’ll be seeing him again after that abysmal performance!
Ps this wasn’t Martin Ford.
