Event details for tomorrow….

80’s Fitness Rave 🎉
7-8pm
White Rock Theatre, Hastings.

£3 per person on the door. Come down stairs into the hall and payment will be taken there. Please bring cash only as we won’t have a card machine.

GLOW STICKS will be on sale for £6.50 per pair. These are battery powered and can be used over and over again. First come first served.

RAVE PAINT will be available on the night but it is used at your own risk.

WHAT TO WEAR your best 80’s outfit! Leotards, leg warmers, sweat bands, 80’s t-shirts and any accessories you might have. Don’t forget your trainers!

BRING WATER you are going to get sweaty 😅 In a good way I promise.

PARKING there is a car park opposite the White Rock under ground. That’s the closest but it is pay and display. On the Road parking around the venue is very cheap but don’t forget to Pay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS these can be stored around the outside of the hall but please don’t bring any valuable as we don’t take responsibility for personal belongings.

If you want to know anything else please don’t hesitate to drop us a message!

Fitness Rave UK bring 80s tunes to the Sussex Studio mixed into a high-energy routine 🎵

Lose yourself in the music, dance your socks off, and laugh with friends. Dress in your best 80s outfit that glows under UV lights - just don’t forget your trainers and water 👟💧

£3 per person, pay on the door (cash only).

The 80s Fitness Rave is full of feel-good freestyle dancing and some classic 80s rave moves. Glow sticks will be available at £6.50 per pair.

80’s Fitness Rave is coming to the White Rock Theatre 😃 This is gonna be a good one….

All your favourite 80’s tuuuunes along with the best 80’s moves with some fitness thrown in for fun 😉

Friday 28th April

7-8pm at the White Rock Theatre downstairs in the Sussex Hall.

£3 per person (pay on the door in cash) with glow sticks available to purchase on the night for £6.50 a pair.

We want to see your best 80’s outfit! But don’t for get to make it glow 👍🏻 Trainers are a must and don’t forget your water 💧

You can even design your own COSTUMES, set your STAGE and organise your LIGHTING ✨

PLEASE DONT WORRY ABOUT THE RAIN, ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED YOU’LL WANT TO DANC EIN THE RAIN ☔️☔️☔️

You can park in an underground car park opposite the White Rock which will be dry or you can park on the street at the front and rear on the building. It is pay and display and not too far.

GLOWSTICKS will be on sale for £6 per pair. These are battery powered and can be used over and over again.

WHAT TO WEAR the brighter the better, anything white or neon that will glow under the UV lights. Don’t forget your trainers!
