🩷FITNESS RAVES ARE BACK!!!💚

I’m doing a Fitness Rave at Wise Mama’s next Friday!!! 27th February 2026

7.30-8.30pm

£6.50 a ticket and reusable glow sticks can be picked up for £5 for the pair.

Mama’s at all stages in their life are welcome whether your little ones are still little or all grown up!

Psssst even if you aren’t a mama and you just want to race, come along!!!

12-14 Maunsell Road in St. Leonard’s in the HKA building 🥊

No need to book just turn up, don’t be late though as once we hit capacity there is no squeezing anyone else in 😬

I’ll be playing the banger fm playlist, doing the sprinkler and dancing like no one is watching 💃🏻🕺🏾

Event details for tomorrow….

80’s Fitness Rave 🎉
7-8pm
White Rock Theatre, Hastings.

£3 per person on the door. Come down stairs into the hall and payment will be taken there. Please bring cash only as we won’t have a card machine.

GLOW STICKS will be on sale for £6.50 per pair. These are battery powered and can be used over and over again. First come first served.

RAVE PAINT will be available on the night but it is used at your own risk.

WHAT TO WEAR your best 80’s outfit! Leotards, leg warmers, sweat bands, 80’s t-shirts and any accessories you might have. Don’t forget your trainers!

BRING WATER you are going to get sweaty 😅 In a good way I promise.

PARKING there is a car park opposite the White Rock under ground. That’s the closest but it is pay and display. On the Road parking around the venue is very cheap but don’t forget to Pay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS these can be stored around the outside of the hall but please don’t bring any valuable as we don’t take responsibility for personal belongings.

The Fitness Rave is back… 🔙 to the 80s!
📌 Friday 28 April, 7-8pm.

Fitness Rave UK bring 80s tunes to the Sussex Studio mixed into a high-energy routine 🎵

Lose yourself in the music, dance your socks off, and laugh with friends. Dress in your best 80s outfit that glows under UV lights - just don’t forget your trainers and water 👟💧

£3 per person, pay on the door (cash only).

The 80s Fitness Rave is full of feel-good freestyle dancing and some classic 80s rave moves. Glow sticks will be available at £6.50 per pair.

80’s Fitness Rave is coming to the White Rock Theatre 😃 This is gonna be a good one….

All your favourite 80’s tuuuunes along with the best 80’s moves with some fitness thrown in for fun 😉

Friday 28th April

7-8pm at the White Rock Theatre downstairs in the Sussex Hall.

£3 per person (pay on the door in cash) with glow sticks available to purchase on the night for £6.50 a pair.

We want to see your best 80’s outfit! But don’t for get to make it glow 👍🏻 Trainers are a must and don’t forget your water 💧
