Try this brutal glute builder finisher:
🏋️ Exercise 1: Bulgarian Split Squat “Lucky 21s”
➡️ 7 reps heavy kettlebell
➡️ 7 reps lighter kettlebell
➡️ 7 reps bodyweight
No rest.
21 reps straight through.

Then switch legs.

Last year, when it was time for her birthday burpees, Issy wasn’t having it.

In fact, she was pretty nervous about the whole thing.

So she made a deal with herself:

“Not this year. I’ll do them next year.”

And fair play, most people would have forgotten all about that promise.

But not Isabelle true to her word 🫡

Today, she stepped up and took her birthday burpees.

Now, this isn’t really about burpees. Birthdays are important at TTW.

But, It’s about something much bigger.

It’s about keeping your word to yourself.

Because every time you say you’re going to do something and actually do it, you build confidence.

Not the loud, look-at-me kind of confidence.

The quiet confidence that comes from knowing you can rely on yourself.

Over the last year, Issy has shown up, put the work in, got stronger, fitter, and proved to herself she’s capable of more than she thought.

And today was just another reminder of that.

We’re all proud of you Isabelle well done.

30+ degrees outside and somehow the energy in here was even hotter. ☀️🔥

This is why having the right people around you matters.

Because on days like today, most people will skip the workout.
They’ll promise themselves they’ll “make up for it tomorrow.” Then break promises to themselves…

But when you’re part of a team like this, showing up becomes easier.

You know you’re walking into good vibes.
You know you’re walking into to your kind of people.
You know the music will be buzzing, the atmosphere will lift you, and for 45 minutes you get to switch off from the stress of life and just move.

That’s the magic of group training done properly.

Not intimidating.
Not miserable.
Not a punishment.

Just real people training hard, having fun, and bringing the best out of each other.

Honestly… seeing this many people still turn up and give everything in 32 degree heat says everything about this community. ❤️

This is what we’re about at TTW.

Yes, we work hard.
Yes, we push ourselves.
But if you can’t laugh, have fun and bust out questionable dance moves between sets… what’s the point?

Fitness doesn’t need to feel like punishment.

45 minutes of hard work, good people, loud music, and moments like this that remind you exercise can actually be something you look forward to.

Burn calories.
Build confidence.
Embarrass yourself on camera.
