Survive and Revive Survival courses in Cornwall. We specialise in wilderness bushcraft training & survival experiences.

After spending many years in the wilderness teaching bushcraft and survival skills and seeing the impact wild places have on people’s mental health, Survive and Revive was born. Something special happens to people when they reconnect with the natural world in meaningful ways. Wherever hardship occurs, priorities shift and survival is king. It allows you to strip away the responsibilities and press

ures of the modern world, just for a short while; focus on the now, exist, breathe and take stock. Neatly package up your insecurities, your self-doubt and discard them. Go back to your people and your village revived, knowing that you are doing your best and that against all the odds, you are surviving.

A full day built on three real skills: cutting tool safety, ethical game preparation (rabbit), and practical fire lighting — sourcing, building the lay, lighting it properly. The day ends with rabbit stew, cooked over the fire you built.

🌲 Go Wild: Family Bushcraft Day returns Saturday 12 September.

Five hours in the woods, the whole family - animal tracking, fire, shelters, or crafting, we never run the same session twice. Lunch cooked over the open fire is included.

Suggested ages 8+ (a guide, not a rule) - kids must be with a ticket-holding adult.

Introducing The Forager’s Almanac 🌿 - our 2027 seasonal foraging programme through Cornwall’s woodland, hedgerow and coast.

Five days across the year, each one timed to the richest week of its season:
📅 AWAKNEING - Saturday 20 March
📅 FLUSHING - Saturday 8 May
📅 COASTING - (optional add-on) — Saturday 29 May
📅 FRUITING - Saturday 28 August
📅 HARVESTING - Saturday 23 October

We won’t give you a species list here - arriving without foreknowledge and discovering what that particular week has decided to offer is part of the joy.

Each day runs 10am–3pm: a morning’s forage together, then a hands-on afternoon turning what we’ve found into a shared, late lunch. Real cooking and preparation skills, not just a taste.

Single session: £55
Full set of four (Awakening, Flushing, Fruiting, Harvest): £190 — a saving of £30
Coastal Day: £55, booked separately

This is a rolling programme, not a fixed cohort — there’s no wrong session to start with. Book from wherever suits your year, and it carries on from there.
