During the warmer weather it can be a challenge to keep up your fitness routine but consistency is key ladies 🥊

☀️stay hydrated
☀️wear appropriate workout clothing
☀️bring a damp towel to class

Working out at the start of the day can be a good option so why not come along to every Tuesday at 9:15am and tackle your workout before it gets too hot 🥵

We’ve got two sessions on the timetable, starting with our Boxing For All class at 6pm, followed by Squad Boxing with BodyShot Boxing from 7pm–9pm.

A friendly and welcoming class for all abilities. Beginners welcome.

🥊 7:00pm–9:00pm – Squad Boxing
With BodyShot Boxing
A focused squad boxing session for those looking to train, improve and push their boxing further.
