This class has always been popular and some of our tinies who joined this class are still dancing with me at 9 years old! 💜💙 8 years ago ADA was born 🤩 Taking over and rebranding a previous dance school was hard work but so worth it. Amelia’s Dance Academy has achieved so much over the last 8 years and I am extremely proud of every single child who has come through our doors. Over the last 8 years we have had students take IDTA exams, perform in our shows, dance in professional pantos and touring shows, compete in choreography awards and at competitions, dance in London and at Blackpool Tower and many more. We have even had students successfully gain places at dance colleges to further their education and now have students working in the industry 🥰🥰 Everyone thinks being a dance teacher is easy but it’s not. It’s sleepless nights over costumes and exam/ comp entries. Hours upon hours of choreography at home and admin at all hours. Plus teaching hundreds of children through their love of dance and looking after a family at home. We are a big family unit at ADA and I wouldn’t have it any other way. This year I had to say bye to 4 of my seniors, some of whom I have taught for 12 years. I feel privileged to have been able to take these girls through their dance journey and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for them. Here’s to the next 8 years! 💙💜

💜💙 What a wonderful 3 days we’ve had at summer camp 🥰 Dance, acro, crafts, games, and ending on K Pop Demon Hunter day today 😆 the children have been so well behaved and we’ve all and a blast but Miss Millie and the team need a break now 😅 Have a fantastic summer everyone. See you in September! 💙💜
