🔥 **TONIGHT AT CTF 🔥**

Started with **Group Training**… where apparently everyone decided **Marie could fend for herself** 😂👀

(She survived… just about 😅)

Then into **RUN CLUB – SPRINT TRAINING 🏃‍♂️💨**

We built it properly…

✔️ Mobility to get the body moving well
✔️ Muscle activation to switch everything on
✔️ Fartlek training with walking recovery
✔️ Finished with sprints

Gradually building pace from **60–80% effort**… before emptying the tank with some shorter **90% pace runs** 🔥

🔥 LAST NIGHT AT CTF 🔥

Extreme heat? We adapted 😎☀️

Rather than going full throttle, we dialled things down, found a shady spot, rolled out the yoga mats, and got to work on what the body needed most.

🧘‍♂️ **Core + Posterior Chain Focus**

Glutes. Hamstrings. Back. Core.

Building strength, improving control, and helping the body move better… all while escaping the heat! 🌳😂

Group training focused on building strength using yoga-based positions to challenge stability, improve movement, and wake up muscles people didn’t even know they had 😅

Started with mobility to get the body moving properly…
then straight into agility training.
