Healthiest decision I did was massively restrict my Facebook & social media the last 12 months since I lost my dad.

What a year working outside & limiting social media did for me

- reconnected with nature
- not surprised mental health is soaring
- got a good tan (lots of white bits too)
- I won’t be doing an office desk job ever
- Nature is kind to the soul
- working on landscaping projects is fun
- I like my dogs & animals more
- Doing fitness coaching outside is great for my clients & own health

Turn off your phone occasionally and get outside more
