Different style post from me today! Not used to talking to my camera in my car. I’ve had a few moms and dads mention to me that before working with me they would stay at home and just hide away and isolate themselves, and that they wished they smear started sooner on their fitness journey. Starting your own journey doesn’t have to be stepping in a gym or doing a home workout right away, it can be just getting outside on a walk for 20 minutes, that is all you need, the benefits of getting fresh air and steps are endless!
