1. Does your child have an asthma action plan? If not, please contact your GP to get one.
2. Do you and your child know how to use their inhaler? correct technique is one of the most important things you can do to keep your child well.
3. When did you last attend an annual asthma review? Your child should be having an asthma review once a year and after every attack because this will help them to manage their symptoms.
4. Have you considered Air Pollution and its impact? Air Pollution can trigger asthma but knowing the triggers can help you to manage them. What could you do differently to reduce air pollution in your area?
