The dance styles that closely resemble what people learn at a Ceroc night are Jive, Ballroom, Tango and Salsa. Learning to partner dance with Ceroc is the largest and fastest growing dance organisation in the UK. More than 320,000 people will learn to dance with CEROC this year in over 200 locations every week across the country. Since the early 80's CEROC has developed its own unique style which

is easy to learn and great fun. Besides this, it's a fantastic way to keep fit and a very sociable way to spend an evening. One of the other great things about CEROC is that there's no need to come with a partner. Our teaching method means everyone changes partners during the class. Learning to dance is a great way to keep fit, socialise and enjoy a complete night out. Come and join the hundreds of new people who are learning to dance every week. All CEROC nights starts with a beginners class for 45 minutes. Then there is a short freestyle session followed by the more challenging Intermediate class. After this 30 minute class, your night out really starts when the DJ takes command of the freestyle session. This is an hour and an half of pure uninterrupted dance where you can improve your dance style and soak up the atmosphere's addictive ambience.

Have you ever thought about entering a Ceroc competition?

Many dancers think the Ceroc London Champs is only for experienced competitors, but that's far from the truth.

With categories starting at Newcomer, it's a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself, build confidence and experience something completely different.

Whether you're entering your very first Lucky Dip, dancing in Top Cats, or simply giving it a go for the experience, you'll find plenty of encouragement from the Ceroc community.

And if competing isn't for you, there's still an incredible weekend of social dancing, great DJs and an electric atmosphere to enjoy.

If not, here's one date you'll definitely want to save.

Our next KEGS Freestyle takes place on Saturday 3rd October 2026, with DJ Glen Brooks back behind the decks.

Expect another fantastic evening featuring a wide variety of music, from chart favourites and Motown classics to Latin rhythms, Swing and those much-loved Ceroc floor fillers.

At 10:00pm, we'll slow things down for our popular 30-minute slow section while pizza, cakes, tea and coffee are served.

Too old for the nightclub. Too young for an early night. 😏

There comes a point when you still want to go out, meet people, have a laugh and enjoy great music... you just don’t necessarily want to be shouting over a packed bar at 1am.

That’s where Ceroc comes in.

A proper night out, a brilliant social scene, loads of dancing and a room full of people who are there for exactly the same reason: to switch off, have fun and enjoy themselves.

You don’t need a partner. You don’t need any dance experience. And you definitely don’t need to be “a dancer”.

Paul is back from Florida and it's time to head "Back to School" at Ceroc Rayleigh.

Tonight we're adding a fun theme to the evening as the new school term begins.

Paul will be teaching an intermediate class featuring some of the moves he's most often asked to revisit.

Bookings are now open for Ceroc Breeze 2027.

From Friday 14th to Monday 17th May, hundreds of dancers will head to Sand Bay for a weekend combining dancing, relaxation and plenty of time with friends.

With more than 30 dance classes, three rooms of music, specialist freestyle sessions, beach yoga, Tai Chi, coastal walks, karaoke, quizzes and communal dining, there's something for everyone.
