My 30-Day Challenge Experience
I’ve just completed Saskia’s 30-day challenge, and I want to be completely honest about how I found it.
I thought the experience was going to be extremely hard. I expected to crave naughty foods, miss alcohol, and struggle with hunger. But actually, I found it surprisingly easy — and I know that’s largely because of the incredible support I received from Saskia. Without her encouragement, guidance and accountability, I honestly don’t think I would have managed it.
Saskia opened my eyes and made me realise how much my bad eating habits were affecting me. I was constantly feeling bloated and lethargic, and I had got to the point where I generally hated my body. She helped me get out of that rut and completely change the way I think about food.
The biggest surprise for me was that I didn’t miss the things I thought I would. I haven’t felt hungry, I’m no longer bloated, I’m sleeping better and I have so much more energy. My partner has even said I’ve stopped snoring — which is an added bonus for him!
During the 30-day challenge, I’ve managed to lose one stone, and I couldn’t be happier with that achievement.
I still have another two stone that I’d like to lose, but I genuinely feel that Saskia has given me the knowledge, tools and confidence to continue working towards my goal.
The amount of support Saskia has given me throughout the challenge has kept me on the straight and narrow, and I honestly can’t thank her enough. Her encouragement, accountability and meal ideas have been absolutely amazing.
If you’re feeling the way I was feeling, I honestly think you need Saskia in your life. She is an amazing coach who makes you look at food differently and helps you take accountability for your choices.
If you want a plan that actually works, helps you understand food, makes you feel better and gives you the support you need to stay accountable, then you need Saskia.
Thank you, Saskia, for everything!
