September’s nearly here, the kids are heading back to school and routines are starting again, so it’s time to put yourself back on the list too 💆🏽‍♀️.

Release is a place where you can show up as you are, feel supported and be surrounded by people cheering you on.

You don’t need to have done Pilates before. You don’t even need to have exercised before. Wherever you’re starting from, we’re here to help you every step of the way. 🫶🏼

We’re a supportive, welcoming space to move, feel good and do something that’s for you.

There’s just something about this place. 🤍

What started as a Pilates studio has become a second home for so many of us. It’s where people come to move, catch up, switch off after a long day, and leave feeling a little bit lighter than when they walked in.

If you’ve been saying, “I’ll book a class one day,” this is your reminder to just give it a go. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or have done Pilates before. Everyone starts somewhere, and everyone is welcome here. 🫶🏼🥰✨
