Liam Bowden, Corey Robbins and Lewis Harlin all pulled on the red shirt for the Senior XV for the first time today and each gave a great account of themselves as we came away with the win.

The final hit-out before the real business begins.

Our First XV head to Briton Ferry RFC tomorrow for one last pre-season test, with a strong squad ready to sharpen the combinations, raise the intensity and put the finishing touches on preparations for the new campaign.

Plenty of familiar faces, plenty of young talent, and 23 players with one more chance to lay down a marker.
