Important Update 🚨

Our NoGi Beginners class at Nails Fight Centre will no longer be running.

We’ve made the decision to keep all beginners classes exclusively in the Gi moving forward, as we feel this gives new starters the best foundation to learn and progress.

Everyone who has been attending the beginners NoGi sessions is encouraged to continue training by joining our regular NoGi classes, including the Tuesday session currently run by The Lloyds 👊

Thank you for the continued support and we look forward to seeing everyone on the mats 🥋

🚨 EASTER BREAK NOTICE 🚨

This Wednesday will be the last class before the Easter break.

There will be no classes during the break, with sessions resuming from the 15th.

🥋 Kids Class: 5:00 – 6:00 PM (currently full)
🥋 Teens Class: 6:00 – 7:00 PM (new students welcome)

What a show. What a team.

Results aside, this weekend was a massive opportunity for the team to showcase their jiu-jitsu on the biggest stage in Europe.

Standout performances, highlight throws, and even best NoGi kit of the night 👀
The lads gave everything and represented the team with pride at the highest level.

Incredibly proud of the boys.

A huge win for Welsh BJJ overall, with local gyms all contributing to a strong showing across the weekend.

This is more than just a seminar—it’s an opportunity to learn high-level Jiu-Jitsu while supporting a cause that changes lives.
