Coached athlete Lotta took on the Jönköping Half Marathon today ….. smiling and enjoying the run with friends makes for a great day out and banking some great training in the process towards Malaga 70.3 💪💪🤩🤩

Last Sunday Andrehn took on the Gothenburg Sprint Triathlon.

This was her first ever triathlon and she had a great day!!

Taking on an open water swim, a VERY hilly bike ride and then hitting the run with everything left in the legs gave her a female top 10 place and nailed her race giving her confidence in her build to her big A race in 7 weeks time 💪💪

Can’t wait to see her progress 🤩

Ironman Leeds 2026 - what a day for Dave who went into the event with a not so ideal build up due to injury….and to even make it to the start line was a big win in itself !
To then be faced with a cancelled swim and a new TT format for the day, Dave just knuckled down and ticked off the miles on the bike and then proceeded to run in truly inspiring form.
Dave’s ability to push the limits of himself and never give up is just phenomenal !! It was an amazing day tracking him and I couldn’t be prouder !!
And he topped it all off with the podium to boot !! 🤩🤩🤩🎉🎉🎉

Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking some of my athletes out on a race course reccy of the Ironman Weymouth 70.3 bike course.

Having done the race myself in the past and as a “local”, I was able to point out certain course characteristics and give them valuable information ahead of their big day!

Even if you don’t have a “local” showing you the course, a route reccy can an invaluable thing when doing a triathlon and for knowing the route in advance of the “big day” !

Course knowledge and knowing what to expect can be so important for self confidence and knowing what to expect 😎

It was a fab morning out on the bikes with some amazing people who are well on their way to having the best day in 6 weeks time ! 🤩🤩🤩

European GB Middle Distance Championship in Banyoles, Spain.
An intensity hot race with a non wetsuit swim in a lake that was 30 degrees followed by furnace like condition on the bike and run where temperatures hit the high 30’s!
Dave once again showed that he can manage really tough conditions and hit that podium spot again taking 3rd in his age group !!
Well done on an incredible race 🎉🎉🎉

Medal Monday 🥇

After battling injury for months and struggling to find form, Jordan managed to build back up to fitness with consistency and determination to finish Ironman Swansea 70.3 yesterday, strong and happy resulting in a phenomenal performance across all 3 disciplines!

Couldn’t be prouder of you !! Well done and enjoy the rest !! 🤩🤩🎉🎉💪💪💪

I’m beyond proud of this one today !!

Naomi Purssey taking on her first standard distance triathlon and dealing with a non wetsuit swim and a shortened run on race morning …..

Controlling the swim, attacking the bike with an amazing performance and finishing off with a very strong run (which was shortened not to heat but because of a rave can you believe 🙄!)

What a day !!

Building up to the biggy…..Weymouth 70.3 …. Let’s go ! 🤩🤩💪💪🎉🎉

Big shoutout today to coached athlete Lily who took on Challenging Events Swashbuckler on tour standard distance triathlon.
She managed to put in a superb performance together for her first ever standard distance Tri and coped brilliantly with the curveball of a non wetsuit swim, incredible heat on the run and to come 2nd in her Age Group and 6th lady overall !

An amazing result and and sets her up beautifully in her build to the big one in Weymouth in September !!

Well done Lily 🤩🤩🤩🎉🎉🎉💪💪💪

Next up, Dave proudly represented GB at the European standard distance triathlon in Tarragona, Spain.

Competing on a blisteringly hot day and securing the podium spot !!

Dave was joined by his wife Jane, who also stood on the podium too …. What a fantastic performance from both ! 🎉🎉🎉💪💪
