Busy time of the year and the fishing is on fire . Bream ,Bass Turbot ,Brill and Spurdogs too. I'm so grateful for everyone that joins us in the pursuit of fish. I understand the effort it takes from getting up at stupid O'clock and driving to the Moon and back. Just remember,I love you all my fishy friends. Have you ever tried explaining why you love fishing,to someone that doesn't fish !!! Yeh absolutely pointless 🤣. you're normal they aren't. ...lol

Ray a newbie to Rocket was invited to join a very long established customer of ours today . Super rod Ray started banging fish out from the very start . Double shots of Whiting became the norm ,with some retained and the rest released. We are fast approaching our rest time , before our fishing 25 kicks in. Bream fishing will kick start the season with evening and day trips coming available..If you fancy joining our Friday evening fishing club let us know. We plan every Friday 18:00 - 22:00 open to anyone. A beautiful Blonde Ray caught aboard Rocket . We regularly catch and release these beauties whilst fishing reefs for Silver Whiting . They provide great sport and endurance when played on light tackle . Rays being low profile,are not affected by the tide as much as other fish . They put their profile to good use ,feeding throughout the tide , sometimes taking the bait when the tide is in full flow. This can lead to a heart stopping battle between fish and angler. You can experience the same strength sapping fight by booking a trip with us.
