With exams fast approaching for students across the country. I will be focussing on delivering my most popular workshop on Optimal Learning Processes for Student Memory to school students and teachers (CPD events) over the next 5 months.

I have delivered educational workshops to schools primarily on behalf of Next Steps South West and the University of Plymouth for over a decade. Supporting students at schools across Devon and Cornwall. I am excited to be expanding my reach into Somerset schools in the coming months.

What are your exercise and weight goals for 2022? - Want to be supported by a highly qualified and experienced coach, in a private setting? - I have very limited spaces available due to a big project currently undertaking with writing a weight management and athletic performance nutrition Level 4 online course for a national educational company.

If you want to be part of the small select group of people I will be coaching this January, contact me for more details. Services I will be offering = Personal training sessions, gym/home programme writing and update sessions, group zoom strength and HIIT classes, sports massage and injury recovery strengthening sessions.
