🎤🔥 THEMED KETTLERCISE IS COMING! 🔥🎤

After a chat with some of the ladies at this morning's class, we've decided that next week's Kettlercise session will have a BOYBAND THEME! 🎶💪

That's right... expect plenty of sing-along classics, questionable dance moves, and maybe even a bit of air-mic action between kettlebell swings! 😆
Now we need YOUR help...

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who took part in our HYROX event this weekend! 💪🔥

Another fantastic weekend filled with incredible athletes pushing themselves to their limits, showing determination, grit, and an amazing community spirit.

We experienced a bit of everything—from glorious sunshine ☀️ to a full-on thunderstorm ⛈️—but nothing stopped the action!

It's always inspiring to see so many people challenge themselves and support each other throughout the event. We couldn't do it without you.

With summer just around the corner, keep your eyes peeled for our next HYROX event, as well as our exciting Summer Kids HYROX sessions coming soon! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

🔥 HYROX WEEKEND IS HERE! 🔥

Our brand-new HYROX patches have landed just in time for what promises to be an incredible weekend of racing! 💪

Tomorrow and Sunday are completely SOLD OUT, with athletes ready to push their limits, chase personal bests, and leave it all on the floor.

Expect plenty of sweat, a few tears, and maybe even a little blood... but most of all, expect an unbelievable atmosphere from start to finish! 🏃‍♂️🔥🏋️‍♀️

A huge thank you to everyone who booked on. We can't wait to see the hard work, determination, and team spirit that make these events so special.

With the weather looking too good to stay indoors, tonight’s HYROX class will be held outside on our astroturf! 💪🔥
