🔥 Don’t Skip Your Warm-Up! Your Gains (and joints) Will Thank You. 🔥

Before you jump into your weight training, taking a few minutes to warm up properly can make a huge difference in your performance, mobility, and injury prevention. A good warm-up wakes up your muscles, increases blood flow, and preps your body to move the way you want it to.

✨ Upper Body Warm-Up Ideas:
• Light band pull-aparts (15–20 reps)
• Arm circles or shoulder rotations (30–45 seconds)
• Scapular push-ups (10–15 reps)
• Light cable or band rows (15–20 reps)

✨ Lower Body Warm-Up Ideas:
• Bodyweight squats (15–20 reps)
• Glute bridges (15–20 reps)
• Leg swings (10–15 each leg)
• Hip openers/lateral lunges (10–12 each side)

Come and experience the amazing atmosphere at the only official Scotlands strongest man competition at Glasgow SECC this September! There are still some tickets left so get your seats booked! Come shout on the guys and see who gets crowned with the official title of SSM 2025💪. This is not to be missed.
